A hunger for the Lord is stirring at Zion. As we begin the 21-day fast, God is calling us to humble ourselves so that He can lift us up to something greater this year! In James 4:10 it says, "Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up." The Hebrew word used for Humble in this verse is "anah". In other parts of the Bible, this word also translates to "afflict your soul". How do we begin to humble or afflict ourselves for the Lord?
